Alex Anzalone on Jahmyr Gibbs-Alvin Kamara Comparisons

Detroit, Michigan (PSF) - During the 2023 NFL Draft, the most common comparison was that Alabama running back Jahmyr Gibbs is very similar to the New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara. The two have some similarities in appearance and that’s has been causing some confusion and argument between people on social media.

When the players were asked about this comparison, they admitted that they are very similar in looks. Linebacker Alex Anzalone who played with Kamara for four seasons in New Orleans, admitted that hey are very similar in the looks. He said that Alvin is a little bigger and thicker.

Gibbs has been a promising player that has started to play with the Lions. The running back has proven more than just his abilities in the position that he is centered around it. While Kamara generated 81 plus catches each of his first four season in New Orleans. If Gibbs keeps a good career he will be around some of the best players in the season and make the Lions back into the winning position.

The two players are some of the most promising ones in the whole NFL franchise. Gibbs is still a rookie, but he has shown a lot of his potential in the field, running and tackling at full force. Kamara is also showing that he has no time to slow down, he is still going as hard as he can to prove his potential on the Saints.
