AFC Divisional Round Rematch

The Cincinnati Bengals beat the Buffalo Bills in the AFC Divisional Round last season by a score of 27-10. These two teams square off again on Sunday Night Football in Week 9 on Nov. 9.

The Bengals (4-3) are starting to look like themselves again, as they’ve won their last three games. Over the win streak, they’ve had impressive wins over the San Francisco 49ers and the Seattle Seahawks. The win against the Niners was also on the road, which makes it even more impressive.

The Bills (5-3) are currently in second place in the AFC East, but have struggled a little bit as of late. Their three losses this season have come against the New York Jets (Week 1), Jacksonville Jaguars (Week 5) and the New England Patriots (Week 7). Buffalo has lost key players on the defensive side of the ball like cornerback Tre’Davious White and linebacker Matt Milano, but as long as they have quarterback Josh Allen under center, they have the ability to compete on any given Sunday.

Over Cincinnati’s three-game win streak, they have averaged 27.3 points per game and they’ve scored 30+ points in two of those games. Buffalo this season has averaged 27.75 points per game, so it could be a shootout under the lights this weekend.

Joe Burrow’s stats won’t jump out at you, but he’s done enough to help his team win, especially as of late. This is a team that started 1-3 and now looks like a team that can make the playoffs. Burrow has 1,513 passing yards, 10 passing touchdowns, four interceptions and he’s completed 66.3% of his passes. But over the last three games, he has 525 yards, 8 passing touchdowns, 2 interceptions and a 77% completion percentage…he’s back.

The leading pass catcher for Burrow is none other than Ja’Marr Chase. Chase has 60 receptions, 656 yards and 4 touchdowns.

Allen and Stefon Diggs are one of the league's best QB/WR duos. Allen has 2,165 passing yards, 17 passing touchdowns, 189 rushing yards, 5 rushing touchdowns, 2 lost fumbles and 8 interceptions. Diggs has 64 catches, 748 receiving yards and 6 touchdowns to his credit.

Will the Bengals extend their win streak to four games or will the Bills win a statement game in Cincinnati?
