UFC 280: Fights To Watch

Via MMASucka

Without a doubt, this coming Saturday’s card is absolutely loaded. We’re talking about two championship fights in two of the UFC’s most loaded divisions, a fight that could set up the next title shot, and two other intriguing Main Card matchups.

The fights that might go a little bit under the radar come in the prelims. This prelim card is as good as any fight night main card, perhaps better than the recent two.

For this fight card, I am focusing on two specific fights, both on the prelims. The first is the featured prelim which was originally on the main card before it got moved: Sean Brady vs. Belal Muhammad. This is not only a matchup of two top ten contenders in the Welterweight division, but also two exciting prospects who could very well contend for the belt one day soon. It’s a fight that could easily be a main event on a fight night card, but instead it’s on the prelims for 280.

The second fight to look out for is Makhmud Muradov vs. Caio Borralho in the Middleweight division. Borralho is considered somewhat of an heir apparent in the division and it’s easy to see why. He is 12-1 and coming off of a very impressive debut where he dismantled a fellow top prospect in Armen Petrosyan. His second outing will be one to watch.
