β€œI’d like to show my appreciation to the doctors, nurses, consultants and staff who have been treating me for their professionalism, warmth and understanding during this period.”

Brooks joined Bournemouth from Sheffield United back in 2018, and is also a former member of the Manchester City Academy.

This particular cancer is present in a patient’s lymph nodes, and it is a type of lymphoma.

Brooks had withdrawn from the last two games Wales had played in the world cup qualifying due to illness, and he shared his diagnosis with the public via social media earlier today.
