Zay Flowers Visits New England
New England has been one of those teams where no one knows who will be taken by them. Bill Belichick has always been a mystery with who they plan on drafting. For now it may seem like former Boston College wide receiver Zay Flowers could be drafted by the New England Patriots.
New England currently holds the 14th overall pick in the NFL Draft and the biggest needs for the Pats are both offensive lineman and wide receiver. Patriots had a visit with former Ohio State wide out Jaxon Smith-Njigba and Zay Flowers. However, it seems that Zay Flowers visit was more like an βorientationβ rather than a visit.
It comes to no suprise that Bill Belichick struggles with drafting wide recievers but could this bad luck streak break with drafting Zay Flowers? If New England drafts a wideout, this will the third consectuive draft where the Patriots draft a wide reciever.
