What’s Next for the Jets?
The Zach Wilson era in New York might finally be over as the Jets move forward with Tim Boyle as their starting QB and move Zach Wilson to 3rd String. Zach Wilson once again struggled to move the ball downfield, finishing the game with 81 passing yards on 15 pass attempts. Zach Wilson has had a rough go of it since he was drafted with the second pick in the 2021 NFL draft. This was the last straw for the offense that they didn’t want to pull, but they were left with no choice. Aaron Rodgers went down with an Achilles injury, and the Jets have been searching for a spark offensively. The Jets have put on some of the worst offensive displays as before Breece Hall’s nine-yard touchdown, their last offensive touchdown was against the Giants in week 8.
The Jets have to look ahead to the future and wonder why they would rush Rodgers back with one of the worst offensive lines in football and another underwhelming season for Jets nation as they look to the Black Friday game against divisional rival Miami Dolphins.
