Will the Eagles win the NFC East in back to back seasons?
PHILADELPHIA (PSF) - The Eagles are off to a hot start to their 2023 season, starting 6-1 and posting a win over the dominant Miami Dolphins.
They lead the NFC East as of Week 8, closely followed by the Dallas Cowboys. Both teams play very similar schedules and will play each other for the first time this season on Nov. 5.
The Cowboys are the only team that the Eagles will have to worry about for now because they are the closest record-wise and could knock them out of first place later in the season, costing them valuable seeding position in the playoffs.
The Eagles will have to play every game just right to stay over the Cowboys and win those divisional matchups against the Cowboys as well, as the tiebreaker come playoff time is a teamβs in-division record.
