Chiefs Super Fan Arrested

Kansas City, Missouri (PSF) - Last week Kansan City Chiefs super fan, who is well known on social media as “ChiefsAholic” was arrested on bank robbing charges. What’s funny about this is how popular this fan was on social media such as Twitter for attending Chiefs games and being a diehard Chiefs fan. He even was at the Chiefs first Super Bowl win in Miami against the 49ers in 2020.

A few months ago in February, right before the Chiefs were set to face the Philadelphia Eagles in the Super Bowl, there were reports out about how ChiefsAholic was wanted for suspicion of bank robbing. This story instantly blew up all across NFL Twitter and became something of a joke in of itself. ChiefsAholic’s Twitter feed became silent soon after reports came out and was later found out to have been arrested, meaning he was not able to witness the Chiefs defeat the Eagles in the Super Bowl.

After he was released on an $80,000 bail in February, everyone was wondering what was going to happen next to the legendary fan. It has now been reported that over his time of robbing banks dating back to 2016, ChiefsAholic had stolen over $800,000. When you see that number and how long he had been doing this, it’s kind of crazy to realize it took the police so long to figure out it was this Chiefs super fan.

This is probably one of the craziest stories I have read in my time of being a sports fan. While ChiefsAholic is set to face several years in prison for his crimes, it makes me wonder if there are any other legendary super fans that have interesting side hustles.
