Giants Release Kenny Golladay
New York, NY (PSF) - The signing of Kenny Golladay back in 2021 was thought to be a dream signing for the New York Giants and their fans. After back to back 1,000 yard seasons in 2018 and 2019, Golladay was primed for another breakout year for the Giants.
The Giants signed Golladay to a 4 year 72 million dollar deal, in the offseason of 2020. Unfortunately, he didn’t live up to the contract. In two seasons with the Giants, he totaled 43 catches, 602 yards and only one touchdown. These numbers are the reason why the Giants released Golladay after the 2022 season.
The signing of Golladay is now known as one of the worst contracts in NFL history. With this, everyone wonders what is next in store for Golladay.
