Omaha, Nebraska (PSF) - The stage is set for an exciting matchup in the final round of the 2023 Men’s College World Series between the two seeded Florida Gators and the five seeded LSU Tigers. This rematch of the 2017 national championship game is sure to be a thrilling showdown.

The series will kick off with game one on Saturday, June 24th at 7pm EST. It will be followed by game two on Sunday, June 25th at 3pm EST. If necessary, a decisive game three will take place on Monday, June 26 at 7pm EST. Both teams have had impressive records throughout the season, with Florida boasting a 53-15 record and LSU with a 52-16 record.

Shelton, known for this power hitting, set a single-season record for home runs by a Crimson Tide freshman with 25 in 2022. He adds further strength and talent to the Gators’ roster.
