Mikal Bridges had the best year of his career last season averaging 20.1 points per game (PPG) along with 4.4 rebounds per game (RPG) and 3.3 assists per game (APG). Even better than this Bridges in his 27 games with the Nets averaged 26.1 PPG 4.5 RPG and 2.7 APG. Bridges has also been one of the most durable players in the NBA as he hasn't missed a game since the 2019-2020 season. Bridges’ sample size with the Nets shows that he is capable of putting up all-star numbers, however the question remains of whether he can do it for an entire season.

The Brooklyn Nets have a solid group of players and will be competing for a playoff spot this season. With a year improved of guys like Cam Johnson and Nic Claxton the Nets should take a step up this season. If the Nets are able to be fighting for a playoff spot come the start of All-Star weekend and Bridges matches his play with Brooklyn from last season then Bridges will highly likely be named an All-Star. While there is a lot of competition in the east for the last few All-Star slots, Bridges will have a successful enough season to sneak into one of the last spots and become and All-Star for the first time.
