In this article, I breakdown why it would make the most sense for Wembyama to land on the Oklahoma City Thunder. The great part about Victor is that he is not necessarily a ball dominant player. He has that Kevin Durant-esque gravity that made him fit perfectly in the Warriors system. Sam Presti has been dreaming of another Durant, Harden and Westbrook situation in Oklahoma. Wembayama has the potential to lead the team in scoring with all the right pieces around him. Oklahoma city is also a perfect city for a star touted to be the best prospect since Lebron James. It does not have the pressure of big cities like New York or Miami.
