The 2022 PLL rookie class was full of talent, and the Rookie of the Year race will be highly contested.

Logan Wisnauskas, the No. 1 overall pick, has been nothing short of spectacular. The reigning Tewaaraton winner and national champion is third in the league in goals and has eight assists. Wisnauskas has been the heart of the revived Chrome LC.

Chris Gray, the No. 2 overall pick, has lived up to his reputation as a scorer. After ending his college career as the all-time points leader in NCAA Division One lacrosse, he has lived up to his name as a nice counterpart to Jeff Teat with 15 goals and 12 assists.

Matt Moore, the No. 4 overall pick, continues to do what he does best, score. A two-time national champ and the Virginia all-time points leader, Moore leads the league in unassisted goals.

Brendan Nichtern, the No. 9 pick and arguably the biggest steal, has been a commanding force for Chrome. The Army graduate leads the Chrome in points with 15 goals and 16 assists. Nichtern’s ability to control an offense meshes perfectly with the lefty gunslinger Wisnauskas.
