Christian Horner Faces Allegations of Inappropriate Behavior

Christian Horner, Red Bull team principal, is being investigated by Red Bull GmbH after allegations of inappropriate behavior by a female coworker.

Horner has been the team principal of Red Bull since its inception in 2005 for a total of 19 years. During which time he has led them to seven driver championship titles and six constructors’ championships.

Horner had a meeting with a Red Bull GmbH appointed barrister on Feb. 9 at an unknown location in central London to conduct an external investigation regarding the matter. The specific behavior referred to in the allegations are still unknown.

The Red Bull car launch at Milton Keynes is set to take place on Feb. 15 while the racing season starts Mar. 2. Whether this matter with Horner will be solved before then is uncertain because of its intricacies. There have been no further updates regarding the meeting with the barrister.
