The just-concluded week has not surely been one of the most memorable in Paris Saint Germain’s history.

After Wednesday’s elimination from the Champions League, and the following alleged frictions between Donnarumma and Neymar in the locker rooms, PSG was back in action on Sunday, facing Bordeaux at Parc de Princes.

Supporters didn’t miss the chance to vent all their anger and disappointment, aiming their whistles and boos at two specific players: Leo Messi and Neymar.

The first boos were heard at the lineups announcements and accompanied the two every time they would touch the ball.

Neymar even scored a goal but couldn’t celebrate properly because of the loud whistles that would cover the fans’ cheering.

Support was shown exclusively to Kylian Mbappe — Paradoxically, rumored to leave the team at the end of the season and sign a new contract with Real Madrid.

"No, for me it's unfair. We all deserve this anger from the fans, not just Neymar and Messi, they are two world-class players," coach Pochettino — who wasn’t spared disappointment chants as well — declared in the post-match interviews.

"They must therefore be respected. When we lose or win, it's always as a team. We can understand the frustration, the disappointment of our supporters.”

For the record, PSG won the match with a clear 3-0, solidifying their first place in League 1, with 15 points of advantage over Nice and ten more games left to play.

For a team that seemed built ad-hoc to win the Champions League, the national title would be considered only a very slim consolation.
