Champions league - Matchday 5 Recap - Part 1

The first series of matches valid for the Group stage - Matchday 5 of UEFA Champions League saw, among the others, the unexpected defeat, at least with these proportions, of Juventus, with Polish goalkeeper Wojciech Szczęsny who had to pick up the ball from his goal four times.

The goals were scored respectively by Nataniel Chalobah, Reece James, Callum Hudson-Odoi, and, just instants before the final whistle, Timo Werner.

This is a significant victory for the defending champions, who are back on track for first place in Group H, which will be contended in the final matchday against Juventus.
