Winter signing, Leandro Trossard, scored a beautiful goal outside which was called back through VAR due to Ben White holding the arm of Leicester goalie, Danny Ward.

Arsenal was not able to find the second goal to give them breathing room, which turned the game into a nervy affair. Oleksander Zinchenko captained the side as an anniversary to honor the Ukrainian about the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
