Vegas on a Nine-Game Point Streak

espn.co.uk

The Vegas Golden Knights played the Calgary Flames last night and what a close game it was. Mark Stone specifically had two goals and two assists including scoring at 1:11 in overtime to give the Knights their victory. The Calgary Flames coach came out at the end and said, “We were competitive all night tonight,” Ryan Huska said. “They stayed with it. Even though it doesn't look very good, they stayed with it right to the very end. They found a way to tie it up and at least get a point out of this.” Both teams played exceptionally well, but ultimately it was Mark Stone that pushed the Knights over the edge to get the point.

“We know we have a good team, and we know that we can come back any night. I think we believe in ourselves that much and we battled back today,” Karlsson said. “Unfortunately, they tied it up again, but we showed some resilience and got the [win]." The loss last night pushed Calgary to have lost their fifth game out of six.
