Sunday Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger handed the Browns another painful loss at home. Big Ben now has 50 wins in the state of Ohio in the National Football League. Noticeable Ben was waving to the Browns crowd as he was walking off the First Energy Stadium field like it was his last time. Missing almost, the entire 2019 season with an elbow injury Ben Roethlisberger was unsure if he would return to the Steelers. After losing in the 2020 AFC Wildcard round against division rivals Cleveland 48-37 questions arose again wondering if Ben will return for his 18th season. Midway through the 2021 season Ben and the Steelers are on a 3-game win streak and on pace to make the playoffs. The question remains is this Ben's last season? If so, who will take his place?

Dwayne Haskins Jr.

Dwayne Haskins Jr. was the third-place Heisman finalist during his time at Ohio State University in 2018. In his lone starting season, he threw for 50 touchdowns leading Ohio State to a Big 10 Championship and a Rose Bowl victory. Dwayne was drafted 15th overall by Washington in the 2019 NFL Draft. Dwayne passed for 2,804 yards and 12 touchdowns during his two seasons with the Washington football team. Washington released Dwayne after a lack of production on the field and off the field issues. Dwayne does have the potential to be the starter because his throw power is like Ben's. Receivers Diontae Johnson and Chase Claypool would have a field day in the secondary's knowing Dwayne can get them the ball.

Matt Corral

Matt Corral is currently a junior starting quarterback for the Ole Miss Rebels. Matt Corral is in the running for the Heisman lighting up the stats sheet passing for 2,202 yards, and 15 touchdowns. Matt can also run if needed rushing for over 500 yards, and 10 touchdowns. Adding Matt Corral to our offense would allow Matt Canada to open the playbook and set up RPOs. The age of just pocket passing quarterbacks is over we must have a dual-threat quarterback to keep up with other teams. My only con about Matt Corral is like any other quarterback he needs to learn how to slide and save his body. Matt is dealing with an ankle injury that has been affecting his play for three weeks.
