Philadelphia hands Cooper Rush first loss as a starter

For as good as Cooper Rush has been, the narrative that he was somehow better than Dak Prescott seemed pretty ridiculous. This game only proved this. While Rush had a good comeback late, he ended the game with three interceptions and a passer rating of 37.3. The Eagles once again established themselves on both ends of the field. Jalen Hurts has yet to have a bad game, and the defense continues to smother their opponents. Micah Parsons' dominance upfront was limited against the Eagles.

Many people point to Philadelphia’s "easy" schedule as justification for their record. Nevertheless, they remain the only undefeated team in the league.

Pittsburgh gets fourth win against Tom Brady in franchise history

Mitchell Trubisky turned heads for his 6-touchdown performance against Tampa Bay back in 2018.

He once again got a victory versus the Buccaneers. Kenny Pickett’s solid performance got cut short when he was knocked out of the game with a concussion. Trubisky stepped in, going 9-12 for 144 yards and a touchdown. He converted three long third downs in the fourth quarter, putting forward his best performance in Pittsburgh so far. Chase Claypool also had a bounce-back game with seven catches for 96 yards and one touchdown.

While I’m not counting Tom Brady out just yet, it’s tough to see how he’ll turn this season around with the way Tampa is playing right now.

Allen Robinson has his first breakout game as a Ram

Since he arrived in Los Angeles, Allen Robinson II has been nowhere near the hype he had going into this season. However, this game finally showcased Robinson's potential as the number two to Cooper Kupp. Robinson finished the day with five receptions for 63 yards and one touchdown. His contested catches showed flashbacks of the high-caliber player he was in Chicago. Hopefully, Stafford will look for Robinson more down the stretch, so Kupp doesn’t have to carry all the weight offensively.

Bengals get a crucial victory against New Orleans

This was a homecoming affair for both quarterbacks. Andy Dalton played against his former team, while Joe Burrow and Ja’Marr Chase returned to Louisiana, where they played football together at LSU. Burrow and Dalton had solid performances, combining for 462 yards and four touchdowns through the air.

Chase had his first big game since week one, with seven receptions for 132 yards and two touchdowns. While Chase hasn’t been bad this season, he hasn’t quite displayed the form he had his rookie year in the NFL.

The Bengals get their third win of the season, which puts them in the run for the top of the AFC North. The Saints lose another close game, hurting their quest for a playoff spot.
