Tennessee Titans and New York Jets Update
Looks like this would be a tough week for the Tennessee Titans. It was reported by head coach Mike Vrabel that wide receivers Julio Jones and A.J Brown will not play in Sunday's game against the New York Jets. They both have hamstring injuries. Bud Dupree, outside linebacker, cornerback Caleb Farley, defensive lineman Larrell Murchison and punter Brett Kern are all out of Sunday’s game. That is a total of six players for Tennessee that will not play. The Titans will have to heavily rely on Chester Rogers, Nick Westbrook-Ikhine, Cameron Batson and Josh Reynolds. In last week’s game against the Colts, both Nick and Chester both made touchdowns which helped the Titan’s win.
The Titans are not the only team this week with injured players. The New York Jets also have injured players. Wide receivers Elijah Moore and Jeff Smith both are out due to concussions while safety Marcus Maye is out with an ankle injury. As of right now they are the only players out but they have three other players who are questionable: Tyler Kroft, Jamison Crowder, and La’Mical Perine.
