Coming into Week 10, the Saints held the division lead with a 5-5 record. However, after today, that could possibly change.

The Saints fell to the Vikings 27-19, as they are now 5-6 on the season. The Vikings got off to a very fast start, as they took a 24-3 lead over the Saints in the second quarter. Josh Dobbs was firing on all cylinders and tight end TJ Hockensen was having his way with the Saints defense. A bit later in the game, Saints quarterback Derek Carr got hurt and had to exit. Backup Jameis Winston came in and brought a spark to the Saints offense. After back-to-back touchdowns and two point conversions, it was a one possession game. Winston, however, threw a late game interception which ended up sealing the game for Minnesota.

Although the Saints fell below .500, they could still be in sole possession of first place if the Falcons lose to the Cardinals.
