The NFLPA has released its second annual Club Report Cards. While some positions may not be a surprise at all, some franchise placements are a little shocking.

1,706 players that participated in the survey this year, good for a 77% success rate. The players ranked eleven topics from an A+ to F- scale: club owner, head coach, team travel, strength coaches, weight room, treatment of families, cafeteria, dietician, locker room, training room and training staff.

The Miami Dolphins, Minnesota Vikings, Green Bay Packers, Philadelphia Eagles and Jacksonville Jaguars round out the top five this year. The Pittsburgh Steelers finished fifth-to-last followed by the New England Patriots, Los Angeles Chargers, Kansas City Chiefs and the Washington Commanders finishing in last.

Miami had A’s across the with their worst rankings, an A-, came in the categories of treatment of families and training staff. 

On the other end, the Commanders managed to receive an F or F- grade in five different categories. Their bright spots came from an A grade for their strength coaches and a B grade for owner Josh Harris who took the team over from Dan Snyder.

Although the Chiefs solidified their dynasty with another Super Bowl win this year, they received three F grades and an F- grade for owner Clark Hunt.

The Jacksonville Jaguars had the biggest jump in this year’s report moving from 28th to fifth. They may have the most bizarre reason for their rank increase, as well. Last year, their facilities had a rat infestation for several weeks. This year they had brand-new facilities and received A- grades for their locker room and training room and an A grade for their weight room.

If there is one thing that is telling based on these reports, how the organization is running off the field does not always correlate to the product we see on the field.
