NFL Divisional Round Matchups Set
New York, NY (PSF) — The NFL Divisional round playoff matchups have been set. For the AFC, the Chiefs will host the Jaguars on Saturday at 4:30PM and the Bills will host the Bengals at 3PM Sunday. As for the NFC, the Eagles will host the Giants on Saturday at 8:15 PM and the 49ers will host the Cowboys at 6:30 PM Sunday.
After a huge comeback win this past weekend, the Jaguars will travel to Arrowhead to take on the number one overall seed Chiefs. The Chiefs are currently on a five game winning streak heading into the playoffs, but the Jaguars have been playing good football as of late. In a previous matchup this season, the Chiefs got the best of the Jaguars 27-17.
The Bills and the Bengals will get to settle the score, as they meet again this weekend in the playoffs after their first meeting was cut short. Despite both teams playing in close games in the Wild Card round, these offenses will be sure to put up big points in this one.
The Eagles will host the Giants in what will be their third meeting of the season.
The 49ers host the Cowboys in the last NFC matchup of the weekend. The 49ers tout the best defense in the NFL as well as, “Mr Irrelevant,” who accounted for four touchdowns against the Seahawks. The Cowboys put up a lot of points against Tampa Bay and will look to continue this play against the 49ers.
