With the Patriots being down at least two wide recievers for their matchup with the Washington Commanders with Kendrick Bourne out for the remainder of the season with a torn ACL and DeVante Parker being out for a little due to a concussion there is a small space for wide receivers on the Patriots. As of right now the starting wide receivers for the Patriots are Demario Douglas who is a rookie out of Liberty and JuJu Smith-Schuster who has not been imprssive for the Patriots at all this year. New England also has Jalen Reagor however Boutte has been someone who has not been on the field in a while. Boutte has only appeared in one game and that game was against the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 1 where he made a catch that was ruled out of bounds. After that Boutte has yet to be on the field.
