How Demario Douglas Has Settled with The Patriots

Patriots may have found a real hidden gem at the wide receiver position. Yes the same position that Bill Belichick has struggled in finding a true pass catcher. With names that are busts such as N’Keal Harry in 2019, Chad Jackson in 2006 and Taylor Price in 2010 it is interesting to hear that the Pats may have found a receiver to help out the offense. With Injuries to DeVante Parker and Kendrick Bourne, Douglas has had to step up for the Patriots where he hit career highs in Germany in a game. After 6 catches for 84 yards against the Colts, it may seem like Douglas is going to be the WR1 for the Patriots. With JuJu Smith-Schuster regressing week by week, Douglas is the one to be the next man up for the Patriots. Since the Bill Belichick era, Aaron Dobson holds the record for most receiving yards by a rookie under Bill Belichick, with seven games remaining, Douglas could end up breaking that record.
