The Tampa Bay buccaneers hosted the Philadelphia eagles on 1 o’clock on Sunday for wildcard weekend. For what some hopeful Philadelphia fans thought might be a competitive game turned out to be an absolute beat down by Tom Brady and the Bucs.

The Bucs ran over the Eagles 31 to 15, with the Eagles not even scoring a single point until the fourth quarter. Jalen Hurts’s 258 was not enough to get the job done as he only threw for one touchdown and two interceptions. The Buccaneers kept the number one rushing team in the league to only 95 total yards. Tom Brady through for 271 yards and two passing touchdowns.

The Bucs now aim their focus to next week, where they play The winner of Monday nights game between the Los Angeles Rams and the Arizona Cardinals. Though the Eagles fell short against the Bucs, the fact that they made it to the playoffs after the terrible start to this season, is something fans can be proud about.
