Colts Rookie QB Anthony Richardson to Start in Preseason Opener vs. Bills

Indianapolis, Indiana (PSF) - A player that a lot of people want to see play on the field in this new season is the Colts new rookie Anthony Richardson. The big preseason opener game against the Buffalo Bills and the head coach of the Colts Shane Steichen has announced that Richardson will play in the first game of the season which let many people excited to see Richardson making his NFL debut.

One thing that has been happening in the Colts is that Richardson has been battling with veteran Gardner Minshew for the starting job in camp, and apparently that battle will continue through the preseason. The details of this debate has been kept more secret from the public, they are not going at each other’s throats or doing some despicable to one another.

Richardson has also been heating up, showing a lot of promise, according to Steichen he has shown a few good tosses and pass during the practice, making his development really fast. The rookie has shown to grown more comfortable with his new team and get more intimate with his teammates. Steichen told the press that it will be a really good sense for the Colts, making the whole team work hard and become a great asset of the team.

However, the Colts have still a great problem they are still lacking Jonathan Tayor who still remain in a contract standoff with the team. That’s wasn’t the only trouble for the team, last season was a true nightmare for them since they had to fire Frank Reich, lose a game with one of the biggest blown leads ever and struggle to keep things around. In various terms the Colts are really hoping that Richardson be their saving grace.

The people who play fantasy football were all predicting that Richardson might be a really good addition. His performance in the training field has got the attention of many people, making them wondering if his throw and speed are truly on part with his practice training. If he can earn a great start on the league on his first game, then he might be a great addition on the team.
