Englewood, Maryland (PSF) — In the past few years, Eric Bieniemy has always been in discussion as a possible head coaching candidate for many teams. It has been shocking to see that after all the success he has had, he has yet to get an increased role with another team.

Since he has taken over as offensive coordinator for the Chiefs, their offense has been incredible. While having Mahomes certainly helps his case, Bieniemy has put together unbelievable numbers with the Chiefs offense. Another team finally recognized his greatness as a coach and now, he is the new offensive coordinator and assistant head coach for the Washington Commanders. While it is a similar role to what he had in Kansas City, he now has more responsibilities and gets to prove himself with a new team.
