Will Aaron Bradshaw Miss the Start of the 2023-24 Season?
Lexington, Kentucky (PSF) - Aaron Bradshaw, from the University of Kentucky, is expected to miss the start of 2023-24 due to a fractured foot during the offseason. He is expected to miss four to six months due to the injury. He is a five-star freshman center ranked fifth overall in the country during the 2023 recruiting cycle.
The University of Kentucky landed four five-star prospects in Bradshaw, DJ Wagner, Justin Edwards, and Robert Dillingham. All four players were expected to have significant roles immediately this upcoming season due to their lack of players on scholarships currently on the roster.
Kentucky has yet to make it past the second weekend in the NCAA tournament since 2019. Kentucky’s record last season was 22-12, and fell short to Kansas State in the second round. They could use Bradshaw to help since they lost former national player of the year Oscar Tshiebwe and Cason Wallace, Chris Livingston, and Jacob Toppin to the NBA Draft.
