When they play Saturday on Notre Dame turf, that will be their eighth encounter. Although the matchups have been few, they have been unforgettable.
Ohio State’s last matchup against Notre Dame in 2022 led to the defeat of Marcus Freeman, head coach of Notre Dame, and the Fighting Irish at the Ohio Stadium, with the score being 21-10.
