Fralick's coaching journey began as an assistant at Ashland University, where she quickly made a name for herself as an exceptional teacher of the game. It wasn't long before she earned the opportunity to become the head coach at Bowling Green State University.

Under Fralick's guidance, the Bowling Green Falcons experienced an astonishing transformation. The Falcons found success both on the court and in the classroom, embodying Fralick's belief in the importance of holistic development.
