USC Football Debuts New Uniforms

Los Angeles, California (PSF) - USC has started to bring out new threads on its recruiting visits for the 2024 class and the classes below just this previous weekend. A program that is built on tradition and has maintained the same uniforms for decades similar to programs such as Michigan and Alabama will see a change come 2024. Although these changes will be very minor and leave the original Trojan uniform intact and maintain its classic prestige. However, despite leaving the PAC 12 they are not quite to leave all tradition behind, it will instead add one slight change. A change so slight that the average fan might not notice at the first glance. For the first time this weekend USC featured a Big Ten logo on the ride side of the chest illustrating their commitment and excitement for the future.

The debut of the patch felt very strategic and was meant to build excitement for the future while also helping to build a team that can compete for Big Ten championships in its first year in the conference. USC was hosting one of its largest recruiting visits of the season with tons of 2024 recruits on an official visit that included a yacht party, a private meal at Crypto.com Arena, and even a Hawaiin style luau at Licoln Riley’s home. Still, like all recruiting visits the highlight and biggest talking points is the photoshoot done with a pool of props and accessories for the recruits to wear while posing in the teams uniforms and posting for all of social media to see. First glance of the new logo on its USC uniforms looked more than out of place and will definitely take some getting used to. The reality that USC will spend its falls in the Midwest is something that won’t feel real till we finally get here, yet the new uniforms previewed by USC gives us an exciting sneak peek into the future.
