The former Brooklyn Nets guard, Patty Mills has been on a trade spree from team to team since the beginning of July. The Nets originally traded Patty to the Houston Rockets on July 1. Shortly afterward, Houston passed Mills to the Oklahoma City Thunder on July 2. Then the Thunder decided to enter a trade with the Atlanta Hawks on July 8. In an attempt to cut costs, the Hawks sent out three players to receive Patty in the trade deal. While the Hawks got Mills and saved an estimated $4.5 million, the Thunder received Tyty Washington, Usman Garuba, and Rudy Gay. It is unknown if the Hawks intend to keep him for the entirety of the off-season or season. Can Patty settle in the ATL, or is it too soon for him to become comfortable?
