On January 1st, 2022, the Chicago Bulls very own DeMar DeRozan rung in the New Year with a buzzer beater win for the Bulls against the Washington Wizards. The Bulls were below two points making the score 119-117 after Kuzma had shot a three. With 03.3 seconds on the clock the Bulls called a timeout, with an out of bounce play DeRozan tries to get open, gets the ball, then hits a three making the Bulls win by one point. Everyone crowding DeRozan for the buzzer beater win. The next day, New Year’s Day, was the game against the Indiana Pacers. With a very close game like last night the score being 106-105 with the Bulls down one. Everyone was on edge and with Coby White getting the rebound passing it to DeRozan with only eight seconds left on the clock. DeRozan runs down the court dribbling the ball for a few seconds then pulls up a jumper from the three-point line making yet another buzzer beater for the Bulls. DeRozan throwing his hands up in victory while his teammates crowed him with victory.
