CHICAGOβ€”The Chicago Bulls, after an embarrassing loss to the Detroit Pistons, upset one of the best teams in the NBA in the Cleveland Cavaliers in double-overtime. The final score was 132-123.

The Bulls got off to a rough start in the first quarter, trailing 32-23. For the rest of the game it was a back-and-forth affair that last for two periods in overtime.

Ultimately the Bulls had multiple key contributors. The biggest being center Andre Drummond with 17 points and a whopping 26 rebounds, tying his third career best performance.

Starting C Nikola Vucevic also had another great performance with 24 points and 13 rebounds for a double-double.

Small forward DeMar DeRozan was the third Bulls player to have a double-double with 35 points and 10 rebounds. He was the leading scorer for the team and helped guide the Bulls to an amazing win with some amazing clutch three-point play.

Point guard Coby White was the fourth and final player to get a double-double on the night with 14 points and 12 assists, although he didn’t have a good perimeter night, shooting 2-13 from beyond the arc. Shooting guard Ayo Dosunmu had an overall great performance with 21 points on the night.

Bulls rookie SF Onuralp Bitim had a great debut against the second seed of the Eastern Conference with 10 points, six rebounds, and some clutch free throw shooting to seal the win for the Bulls.

His contract was only recently converted to a standard one so Bitim will likely be with the Bulls for the foreseeable future.

The next upcoming games for the Bulls include the Milwaukee Bucks, Sacramento Kings, Utah Jazz, Golden State Warriors, and Los Angeles Clippers. The Bucks game in particular is coming up soon and the Bulls are hoping to tie the season series at 2-2.
