Milwaukee Bucks, who have been a solid contender for a couple of years, just improved their roster. Dame Lillard, who has been playing for Portland his whole career, recently demanded that he wanted to be explicitly traded to the Miami Heat. While many fans hoped for that to happen, Miami needed to offer more to Portlands liking. With many people eager to find out where Lillard would end up, that answer came today.

Damian Lillard is now going to the Milwaukee Bucks to play alongside Giannis. Jrue Holiday, Deandre Ayton, and Toumani Camara are going to the Blazers to go into the deal. They are also getting Bucks 2029 first-round pick and swap rights. Along with this deal, the Suns received Jusuf Nurkic, Nassir Little, Grayson Allen, and Keon Johnson. Back in 2021, Lillard said Giannis when he was asked what current player he would choose to play with that would help him get into the playoffs. Now that this is a reality, the league looks forward to what these two superstars can accomplish this season.
