TUF 31 Season announced…

Dana White just announced the new season of The Ultimate Fighter. This will be the UFC’s 31st consecutive year of the reality show. The show brings constant success because the fans began to fall in love with the new faces that have a chance to enter the UFC. This season, a former show coach has been invited to come back.

Conor McGregor is back! He's back coaching and he is back fighting. He will be fighting "Iron" Michael Chandler, a first-time coach whose fights led to classic barnburners and absolute wars. Micheal Chandler has been on a downward spiral after losing to Dustin Poirier in November who is McGregor's longtime rival. Chandler is in good spirits even when losing two out of his last three fights. He believes that the way he has performed competing for multiple “Fight of the Nights”, he deserves his chance to square off against one of the biggest names in the industry.

The show will begin on May 30th and run through August 15th. The two will face off a few weeks after the show is finalized. There has been talk about which weight class the two would fight in. Even though Chandler is a lightweight, and so is McGregor, when he is naturally fighting, the promotion looks like they will have the two men fight in the welterweight division. This could be the case to help McGregor in the weight-cut situation. The new season will be a fantastic show to watch, with great newcomers climbing the ranks in the fight scene along with the personalities of these two coaches. Bring the popcorn, It's going to be one hell of a season!
