Title IX Documentary

The baby hair production along with executive producer, Candace Parker, WNBA all star who plays for Chicago Sky, had decided to launch a documentary about Title IX called “Title IX: 37 Words that Changed America.” Title IX is a federal civil rights law in the United States of America that was passed as part of the Education Amendments of 1972. It prohibits sex-based discrimination in any school or any other education program that receives funding from the federal government. 

   In the documentary Candace Parker takes a personal look at the past, present and future of Title IX and the drive for equality in sports. Celebrating the societal and cultural impact of Title IX, anchored through the perspective of Candace Parker. This film is now available on Hulu to continue impactful projects about Title IX and to provide a voice for those who are not heard as much as they need to be.
