MOUZ and Cloud9 dominate Europe RMR B, and 9 Pandas Advance Through Last Chance Qualifier
The second European RMR and the European Last Chance RMR have finished giving us the full roster of teams that will be attending the PGL Copenhagen Major from the European region in a month.
There will only be one Danish team attending the major in their home country with ECSTATIC being the only full Danish rostered team to make it past the RMR. Astralis, a fan favorite team fell short in the RMR B sending them to the Last Chance Qualifier where they completely collapsed getting beat 2-0 against 9 Pandas to be eliminated completely from contention for the major.
The eight teams that made it past the second RMR are MOUZ, Cloud9, Spirit, Vitality, Apeks, Heroic, ECSTATIC and ENCE. Cloud9 and MOUZ went 3-0, sweeping the teams in front of them to secure a dominating entry into the major. The winner of the Last Chance Qualifier was the surprise team 9 Pandas who defeated GamerLegion and Astralis to advance to the major.
Preasy, a team full of veteran Danish players such as Peter “dupreeh” Rasmussen were eliminated making this the first major in Counter-Strike history where dupreeh will not be attending with a team.
A lot of teams that were at the Paris Major back in 2023 will not be attending including breakout teams like Monte, GamerLegion, OG, Guild Eagles (formerly Bad News Eagles), Fnatic, Ninjas in Pyjamas and Into the Breach. All these teams were in at least one of the stages of the last major with Into the Breach and GamerLegion breaking out during the Paris Major making it all the way to the main stage.
These kind of things is what makes Esports so exciting because the teams that attend each major are always up for change even regarding some of the top teams in the world such as Monte and Falcons who are ranked in the top 20 in the world rankings.

The Asian RMR is currently ongoing with it looking like Lynn Vision and TheMongolz being the two favorites to come out of the region with possibly Grayhound making another appearance in the major for the Australian region.
The final RMR will be the American RMR which starts in three days and includes teams like FURIA, Liquid, Complexity, paiN, MIBR, Imperial and NRG all teams that have made a major in their history.
