Mike Tyson vs. Jake Paul Postponed to November 15

The highly anticipated bout between Jake Paul and Mike Tyson has been rescheduled to November 15th due to a health scare suffered by the former heavyweight champion.

Tyson reportedly suffered a medical emergency during a flight that required the plane to make an emergency landing and for paramedics to intervene. The medical emergency itself was reportedly an ulcer flare up, which Tyson has had issues with in the past.

The date change itself has fans scratching heads, as the fight will now happen on a Friday rather than the usual Saturday. This is due to the fact that the fight will take place in Cowboy Stadium, and since the Dallas Cowboys will be playing on Monday Night Football just three days later, it would allow the staff to reset the stadium for the game.

This does give this fight some competition with other sports due to the new date. The original date of July 20 would have allowed the sports world to give this fight their full attention. The NBA finals would have ended, college football season would still be a month away, and the NFL season would still be far out.

Despite these changes, the buzz around this fight has not died down. Many fans still will tune in despite the fact it is on a Friday. Although this fight is controversial in nature, we can all hope that Tyson will be healthy for the remainder of the buildup of this fight.
