Max Verstappen, 3 Time WDC

Max Verstappen has been nothing short of incredible since his entrance into Formula 1 with Red Bull Racing. The Dutchman is one of the most special talents we have seen get into a racing car and it shows, as Verstappen has won his 3rd straight World Drivers Championship.

Max is the youngest Grand Prix winner, winning in Spain at 18 years old, forming into a star from day 1. Though Max has seen many victories and podiums, he has had some of the most legendary battles, most notably with the current best driver of all time, Lewis Hamilton.

Lewis and Max had the closest battle for the Drivers Championship in the 2021 season, with both of the drivers being tied on points headed into the final race of the season in Abu Dhabi. Not only that, but they had an all out race on the last lap of the Grand Prix, and with Max on fresher soft tires and Lewis being on old Hard tires, Max was able to snatch the championship away in the dying embers which to this day, has the most controversy in the history of racing, in any category.

Max has been known for being a fierce competitor which is respected by his peers and other drivers. This season, he has won the championship with over 5 races still to come.

Though the first of his titles is debatable, it was apparent that the 2022 and 2023 Red Bull driver was the best driver on the grid and had the best car on the grid. Max still has years to come, so that begs the question, will he break Michael Schumacher and Lewis Hamilton’s 7 time World Championship record?
