The Angels vs. Mariners Brawl

It is no secret that the Angels and the Mariners are both having slow seasons, but that all changed June 26.

Tensions were high in Anaheim on Sunday, after Mike Trout was nearly hit by a pitch the game prior.

In the second inning Angels’ pitcher, Andrew Wantz hit the Mariners’ right fielder Jesse Winker with a pitch.

One second fans were looking at Winker’s anger-fueled reaction to the pitch, the next fans saw both benches cleared.

Some notable players such as Anthony Rendon were seen shoving their opponents.

As Winker left the field he flipped off the fans.

Fortunately for the Halos, they won the game 2-1. Unfortunately, twelve were suspended after Sunday’s brawl.
